About this position

Posisi Funding Relationship Manager Team Head di Medan bertanggung jawab untuk memasarkan produk Funding dan layanan Bank Mayapada, serta mencapai target yang ditetapkan.

Responsibilities

• Memasarkan produk Funding dan layanan Bank Mayapada kepada nasabah sesuai dengan segmen fokus yang ditetapkan.
• Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target, baik secara individual dan group yang ditetapkan pada saat awal masuk bekerja dan penyesuaiannya disetiap siklus perencanaan serta evaluasi kinerja.
• Menganalisa dan mengidentifikasi peluang cross selling terhadap nasabah guna meningkatkan keterikatan nasabah dengan produk dan layanan bank.
• Berperan aktif dalam menjaga tingkat kesehatan bank melalui aktifitas pemasaran dengan mengedepankan prinsip kehati-hatian.
• Fokus Bertanggung jawab atas pertumbuhan Funding dengan komposisi dana murah beserta kriteria pengukuran lainnya yang ditetapkan dalam KPI (Key Performance Indicator).

Requirements

• Min. S1 semua jurusan.
• Min. pengalaman 2 Tahun sebagai Marketing Perbankan (Funding).
• Sudah memiliki portofolio dan customer based.
• Target oriented.
• Penempatan sesuai domisili.
