Responsibilities
• Bertanggung jawab untuk membangun, menjaga, dan mengelola hubungan dengan nasabah bisnis kecil dan menengah (SME) dengan tujuan peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan dan retensi.
• Melakukan solicit untuk mencari debitur prospek untuk pengajuan kredit dan penempatan dana, sesuai dengan target yang diberikan.
• Pendanaan dan Pengembangan Portofolio : Bertanggungjawab untuk memperluas portofolio kredit dan nasabah SME dengan melakukan analisis kredit, menilai risiko kredit, serta memproses aplikasi kredit secara efisien.
• Pemantauan dan Pengelolaan Risiko.
Requirements
• S1 Semua jurusan.
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang marketing atau sales perbankan.
• Pemahaman terkait perbankan, proses pengajuan kredit, dan laporan keuangan beroriantasi pada target.
• Kemampuan komunikasi dan sosialisasi yang baik.
• Bersedia Bekerja dari Kantor (WFO) di Kantor Cabang terkait.
