About this position

To gain practical experience in digital marketing and communications by assisting with social media tasks and contributing to the company's online presence and brand reputation.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Assisting in creating engaging social media content, including writing copy, editing images, and creating short video clips.
• Community Management: Responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Social Media Scheduling: Planning and scheduling social media posts to optimize reach and engagement.
• Social Media Monitoring: Tracking brand mentions and industry trends to identify opportunities for engagement.
• Social Media Analytics: Assisting in analyzing social media data to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Platform Optimization: Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the brand management & social media teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding and supporting other projects that related with social media.

Requirements

• Passion for and proficiency in using Social Media for personal or professional purposes.
• Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Creative mindset and an eye for design with experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and video editing software preferred.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
• Having experience managing social media accounts or clubs in a university is a plus.
