Senior Associate, Project Management Specialist
About this position
The Senior Associate, Project Management Specialist will lead and track project milestones, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and managing project documentation to support the digital transformation agenda of DBS.
Responsibilities
• To lead and track project milestones from initiation and requirements, testing and issue management, until deployment, while also tracking the project's timeline, risks, and costs. Assist to review any testing scenario and UAT testing related to projects and enhancements.
• Review all possible impact on journey and/or apps and/or product and/or reports and stakeholder to be involved in the project, including if any impact to regulatory, and get an agreement on project’s structure and Role & Responsibility to support the project (depend on project's complexity).
• Have proper communication with all stakeholders for project progress, issue update/ solution taken, approval on strategic decision and escalation.
• Bridging the gap & work collaboratively with ID and Regional Tech, Business Unit, Support Unit, Operational Unit not limited to product/process assessment, flow/data analysis, determine requirements, deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders (depend on project's complexity).
• Ensure project and enhancement documentation (Scorecards/User Story/BRD/FSD/SOP) are created and reviewed correctly to meet users requirements and identify any risk related to the projects.
Requirements
• Graduate from reputable University with IT background is preferable.
• Experience in managing project around 5 years, preferable in banking industry.
• Understanding of banking processes.
• Has Project management skills.
• Able to understand, determine and articulate requirements to achieve goals.
• Have effective communication skills.
• Team oriented and good interpersonal skill.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Able to perform well in high-stress situations.
• Open for any improvement.
