About this position

The Campaign Performance Analytics position involves delivering and optimizing marketing campaigns through data analysis and effective communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Delivering campaign in timely & accurate manner
• Drive higher level of contextuality in campaigns
• Organize comprehensive campaign datamart
• Set up campaign activities, A/B experiment, Adhoc, and Business campaign activities via communication broadcast to customers
• Increasing campaign effectiveness by reaching out customers most effective channel and time, and for the suitable product offer, by having priority product offer per customer
• Review performance pre & post campaign tracking and provide the result of effectiveness campaign and share the recommendation for improvement
• Review Campaign’s response (call result, e-mail read, etc.) to determine future campaigns

Requirements

• Has minimum of 5 years working experience in data analytics
• Min. Bachelor Degree
• Experience in campaign management and analytics for banking industry
• Understand banking business / bank products
• Excellent team player with strong drive to deliver high quality result
• Have good communication skills
• Data mining technique such as SAS, Python, Spark, SQL, Power BI, Tableau
• Adopt basic data management skill (data cleansing techniques)
• Passion in data and analytics
• Exhibit structural thinking
