About this position

The AVP, Transformation & PMO Lead will be responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives related to transformation, customer journey, employee journey, demand management, and future of work. They will also collaborate with senior management to align transformation initiatives with business objectives and ensure smooth implementation of projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform T&O strategic plan initiatives to succeed initiatives related to Transformation, Customer Journey, Employee Journey, Demand Management and Future of Work, using HCD/4D, Agile method, good governance of project management and manage the implementation
• Oversee change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of transformation projects, based on insights derived from data and operationalizing analytical processes to each unit
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging staff to suggest and implement process enhancements
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with business objectives
• As Ops Data Steward, ensuring that data governance has been carried out in accordance with existing process guidelines
• Handling data initiatives related to data management for control and governance, acting as data subject matter expert for all DBSI T&O Units.
• As part of PMO, oversee the management of the project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic goals, as well as develop PMO Governance that applicable for the T&O project management practice

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university (can be from any major) 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Good presentation skills 
• Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude
