DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology, serving various banking operations and ensuring service quality. The Associate, Application Support will play a crucial role in managing and supporting application systems to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
• Manage and support switching, branch and SSB projects, production incidents and enhancements.
• Manage and ensure incident related with switching, branch and SSB within SLA.
• Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
• Maintain good relationships between IT and business, manage business expectations and negotiate compromise.
• To ensure all applications server will comply with Group Standard Security (ISCD – Health Check).
• Ensure compliance with DBSI Policy and Standards, local laws, regulations and controls and procedures of the Bank, through audit reviews and completion of self-assessment checks.
• Liaise with Switching application vendor tech support or 3rd party vendor for prompt rectification of any problems or emergency cases.
Requirements
• Graduate from reputable University with IT background is preferable.
• Have experience on switching system i.e IST, ON2, BASE-24 systems or others.
• Have technical knowledge on ISO8583 message, Linux, Chip Technology standard (EMV, NSICCS), Local domestic networks (ALTO, PRIMA, Bersama).
• Have capability to analyze and read the logs application.
