About this position

The Trade Marketing Specialist in Jakarta will be responsible for developing trade marketing tactics to boost sales and brand recognition, managing budgets effectively, and building strong relationships with trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop trade marketing tactics in line with business goals to boost sales and brand recognition.
• Make a plan, check and review all programs of Trade Marketing
• Driving POSM distribution and improving visibility.
• Implementing, monitoring and improving processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the sales team.
• Manage trade marketing budgets effectively while maximising return on investment.
• Build strong relationships with trade partners and support the sales team with strategic marketing tools

Requirements

• Education background min. Bachelor Degree
• Min. 3 years experience in similar position
• Passionate in sales and marketing, and enjoy within target
• Have strong commumication skill
• Able to negotiate and have good networking
• Have good presentation skill
• Detail oriented person
• Strong desire to work as a team contribute
