About this position

Operational Officer position in Malang area requiring a minimum of D3 education and 3 years of experience in FMCG distribution. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint is a must. Willingness to work in the Alcoholic Beverage industry. Attention to detail, honesty, and hard-working attitude are essential. Preferably based in Malang.

Responsibilities

• Purchase request to the head office for product orders/return of packaging to the factory
• Provide routine reports to the Operation SPV related to the provision of goods at each depot
• Assist in supervising stock opname goods
• Input sales orders/PO outlet
• Print e-invoices
• Coordinate with sales team to monitor goods with ED 3-12 months

Requirements

• Minimum D3 education in any field
• Minimum 3 years of work experience, especially in FMCG distribution
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
• Willing to work in the Alcoholic Beverage industry
• Hard-working and results-oriented
• Detail-oriented and honest
• Preferably based in Malang
