The Legal Supervisor position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent, at least 3 years of experience in the field, and skills in Industrial Relations, Litigation, and Corporate Legal. The role involves understanding laws and regulations related to companies, acquisitions, land permits, and litigation, as well as knowledge of corporate law and FMCG industry regulations.
Responsibilities
• Understanding laws and regulations regarding companies, acquisitions, land permits, and litigation
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and the regulation of FMCG industry
• Understanding of OSS systems
• Skills in communication, negotiation, and legal analysis
• Highly skilled in legal analysis and writing
• Superb organization skills, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in beer industry
• Able to drive a car and have a valid driving license
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): Industrial Relations, Litigation, Corporate Legal
