Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key modern trade accounts, developing sales strategies, and leading contract negotiations to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and promotional activities with key partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of in-store promotions, merchandising, and activations.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage account budgets and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any related major.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in key account management or sales within the alcohol or FMCG industry, with experience in beer being a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-profile accounts in modern trade.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies.
