Continuous Improvement Supervisor (Manufacture)
About this position
The Continuous Improvement Supervisor is responsible for enhancing manufacturing operations through process expertise, project management, and team collaboration to achieve key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
• To be expert in process to support manufacturing operations
• Qualify and validate process changes and lead root cause analysis to improve the overall performance in order to deliver Key performance Indicators
• Qualify and validate new materials and makes process changes driven by other departments (legal, regulatory, cost saving opportunity and/or supply reliability)
• Assist in project planning, budgeting and scheduling process working team, including CAPEX and other improvements
• Work with production and engineering team to improve production team capabilities by providing technical training
• Define standardization of procedure to ensure consistency in process delivery for production
• Initiate idea generation for productivity and performance improvement
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Continuous Improvement.
• Minimum of 3 years in the food manufacturing industry, with experience in the snack industry highly preferred
• Strong technical or engineering background with good analytical thinking
• Has strong ability to work independently and seek continuous areas of improvement
• Experienced in complex business process analysis and mapping using various diagrams such as Use Cases, Flowcharts, Sequence Diagrams, etc.
• Excellent in English
• Strong ability in problem solving and analysis
