About this position

The Branch Finance Supervisor will oversee the operational activities in the depot, function as the Finance Lead for the assigned region, and handle financial control functions for target collection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational activities in the depot according to established policies
• Function as Finance Lead for the depot in the assigned region
• Conduct invoice and stock opname, verify NOO and AR billing, confirm receivables, ensure deposits and AR pairing are carried out in accordance with regulations
• Submit and follow up on issues to the Finance Manager
• Perform finance control functions for target collection
• Analyze based on risk management for each SO approval request
• Conduct AR coordination meetings with Sales and Operation teams

Requirements

• Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Staff or Supervisor in Finance Accounting
• Experience in Finance in manufacturing or distribution sectors is preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills, able to convey financial reports effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented in financial reporting and compliance
• Willing to be placed in Bogor - Tangerang
• Willing to work in the alcoholic beverage industry
