About this position
Responsibilities
• Product Management for Truck Sparepart to be listed on the E-Commerce
• Approach and Deal with Trucking Brands inside/outside the country to join E-Commerce with the best price, campaign support, and part handling
• Expand and Develop Seller / Suppliers (Manufacturer, Authorized Distributors, Aftermarket and Part Importer)
• Work Together with Seller to ensure stock forecast readiness
• Research for Seller issues and give solutions to gain the trust of the Seller
• Develop a new Marketing / Promotion Strategy to increase engagement
• Mapping and Create a Business Strategy plan to go into the market
• Report to CMO / Shareholders: Daily / Weekly / Monthly
Requirements
• Have an Educational Background in the D3 / S1 Automotive or Heavy Engineering or related field
• Having Experience 1-3 years as a fleet Manager / SPV in the Trucking / Distribution Company
• “Business Oriented”-minded to ensure buyers will get advantages if they buy
• Familiar with Indonesia regulations for commercial vehicles
• Understand vehicle maintenance with multi-brand commercial vehicle
• Good managerial skills in managing multitasking activities and shifting priorities effectively
• Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Placement Surabaya (WFO)
