About this position

The Tech Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process for tech positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years proven work experience in tech hiring (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Willing to do WFO
• Proficiency in English
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing & phone interviewing)
• Familiar with high Target and fast pace environment
• Willing to do Training in Jakarta for 3 month
