About this position

The Software Quality Assurance position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, and knowledge of SQL and scripting. Experience with automation tools and API testing is also necessary.

Responsibilities

• Test current products and identifying deficiencies
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems
• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
• Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years job experience as Software Tester or Software Quality Assurance Engineer (manual or automation)
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
• Have a banking project is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience in handling one of the Automation tools such as Katalon Studio or Selenium or Cucumber or Silk or Cypress, etc
• Experience with API testing (Postman) and documentation with Jira
• Familiar handling SIT, UAT at testing stages
