About this position

The SAP Consultant will be responsible for managing and maintaining SAP systems, leading implementation projects, customizing modules, providing technical support, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying updated on SAP trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Lead SAP implementation projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Customize SAP modules to meet the specific needs and requirements of the organization.
• Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience working with SAP systems in a mid to senior-level role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO or HCM.
• Proven experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Has experience in several projects (Implementation/Roll Out/Support Phase).
• At least 2 times in SAP full cycle implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• SAP certification(s) preferred.
