The RPA Developer position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business process automation and the ability to collaborate with business analysts to create FSDs and PDDs. Proficiency in monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing RPA systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills, are also essential for this role.
