IT Operation Support
About this position
The IT Operation Support position requires at least 2 years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and monitoring tools. Experience in financial services is a plus, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
• At least 2 years of experience as a IT Operation / IT Support / IT Help Desk.
• Experience troubleshooting for software / application / system.
• Experience using Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog or other monitoring tools.
• Having experience in Financial Services, Financial Securities, Insurance or Bank is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving - High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• A Diploma's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, computer engineering or a similar field.
• Willing to shift with a 3 time scheme (8 working hours per day), including Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
