About this position

Restaurant Cashiers are responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, handling inquiries and complaints, maintaining a clean service area, and adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take their orders.
• Accurately process customer payments, including cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
• Ensure that the cash register is balanced and accurate at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized food service area.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as food preparation or cleaning.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Be a team player, working cooperatively with other staff members to achieve company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
