Responsibilities
• Ensure interest of the company can be protected in legal dispute (litigation and non-litigation).
• Managing and overseeing the organization's litigation portfolio.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor degree on Law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, rules of evidence, and legal principles.
• In depth knowledge of the Indonesia regulatory law and specific insurance law.
• Ability to work independently or as team player.
• Ability to work effectively and proactively under pressure.
• Ability to provide independent legal advice which combine the legal knowledge and technical knowledge.
• Result Focused.
