About this position
The Account Officer in Surabaya is responsible for achieving individual sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and handling customer complaints. The position requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00, with preference given to those with experience in general insurance marketing.
Responsibilities
• Ensure achievement of individual sales targets according to market segments and/or assigned and agreed Business Sources in accordance with the Target List of KPI Incentives, by obtaining business through new customers (New Business) and/or existing customers (Renewal Business) and/or through product diversification from these customers
• Record all sales activities through provided tools, including SFA (Sales Force Automation)
• Conduct regular visits and effective communication with Customers, with the aim of maintaining customer loyalty (Retention of Customer) and striving for customer growth (Expansion of Customer). Including through its Distribution Channels
• Receive and ensure (mediate) handling of customer complaints
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but experience as a general insurance marketer is preferred
• Able to work under pressure, adaptive, and quick learner
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy (Ms Word, Ms Excel, and Power Point at a beginner level)
