The Branch Manager in Jakarta 2 is responsible for overseeing all functions at the Point of Sale (PoS) to ensure professional operation in line with the annual work program. This includes managing the budget, evaluating annual performance, monitoring sales activities, developing customer base and distribution channels, recruiting agents, and coordinating with headquarters.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and supervise all functions at the Point of Sale (PoS)
• Manage budget and evaluate annual performance
• Monitor sales activities through provided tools such as Sales Force Automation (SFA)
• Develop customer base and potential distribution channels
• Manage effective communication
• Recruit agents, develop agents, and monitor agent sales
• Carry out underwriting and claim functions
• Monitor outstanding premiums
• Coordinate with units at the head office
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (preferably with A3IK and/or K3 certification)
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in insurance and 3 years in a managerial position
• Placement in Jakarta
