The Sales Head in Batam will be responsible for supervising, monitoring, and developing the sales team, ensuring smooth collaboration between sales and other teams, proposing business strategies to achieve Point of Sales goals, and overseeing the recruitment and selection process.
Responsibilities
• Supervise, monitor, and develop the Sales Team including all related sales activities and results.
• Monitor all sales activities through provided tools, such as SFA (Sales Force Automation).
• Ensure collaboration between sales team and other teams within the company.
• Propose business strategies to achieve Point of Sales (PoS) goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in GENERAL INSURANCE SALES and 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership competencies (Coaching, mentoring, managerial, etc.).
• Computer skills (Ms Word, Ms Excel, and Power Point at an advanced level).
• Placement: Batam.
