About this position
The Account Officer in Pekanbaru is responsible for achieving individual sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and handling customer complaints. The position requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00, and the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
Responsibilities
• Ensure achievement of individual sales targets according to assigned market segments and/or Business Sources agreed upon together in accordance with the List of KPI Incentive Targets, by obtaining business through new customers (New Business) and/or existing customers (Renewal Business) and/or through product diversification from these customers.
• Record all sales activities through provided tools, including SFA (Sales Force Automation).
• Conduct regular visits and effective communication with Customers, with the aim of maintaining Customer loyalty (Retention of Customer) and striving for an increase in the number of customers (Expansion of Customer), including through its Distribution Channels.
• Receive and ensure (mediate) handling of customer complaints.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but experience as a general insurance marketer will be prioritized.
• Must have a driver's license (SIM A).
• Ability to work under pressure, be adaptive, and quick to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literacy (Ms Word, Ms Excel, and Power Point at a beginner level).
