About this position

The Account Officer in Jakarta is responsible for achieving individual sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, recruiting agents, and implementing agency development programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of individual sales targets according to assigned market segments and/or Business Sources agreed upon together in accordance with the Target List of KPI Incentives, by obtaining business through new customers (New Business) and/or existing customers (Renewal Business) and/or through product diversification from these customers
• Record all sales activities through provided tools, including SFA (Sales Force Automation)
• Conduct regular visits and effective communication with Customers, with the aim of maintaining customer loyalty (Retention of Customer) and striving for customer growth (Expansion of Customer). Including through its Distribution Channels
• Receive and ensure (mediate) handling of customer complaints
• Recruit agents
• Perform agency administration
• Implement programs related to the development of agents as determined by the Agency Management Dept Head HO
• Monitor the work of agents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but experience as a general insurance marketer will be prioritized
• Able to work under pressure, adaptive, and quick learner
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy (Ms Word, Ms Excel, and Power Point at a beginner level)
