About this position
Responsibilities
• Mengelola dan memproses penggajian karyawan secara akurat dan tepat waktu, termasuk perhitungan gaji pokok, tunjangan, lembur, potongan, dan pajak.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan ketenagakerjaan dan perpajakan yang berlaku.
• Menyiapkan slip gaji dan laporan penggajian.
• Menangani pertanyaan dan keluhan karyawan terkait penggajian.
• Melakukan rekonsiliasi data penggajian dan memastikan keakuratan data.
• Mengelola administrasi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan Kesehatan.
• Menjaga kerahasiaan data penggajian karyawan.
• Membantu dalam proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan, seperti:
• Menyaring lamaran pekerjaan.
• Melakukan wawancara awal.
• Menjadwalkan tes dan wawancara.
• Membantu dalam proses onboarding karyawan baru.
• Memperbarui database pelamar kerja.
• Membantu dalam pengembangan strategi rekrutmen.
Requirements
• Lulusan SMA/SMK/D1/D2 semua jurusan.
• Memiliki pengalaman bekerja selama satu tahun baik di bagian Payroll atau Recruitment lebih diutamakan.
• Teliti, jujur dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Kelapa Gading-Jakarta Utara.
