About this position
The position involves conducting production support for application performance and environment management, ensuring service performance meets targets, and communicating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Conduct production support, both for managing application performance and managing application environment.
• Ensure support service performance to meet the defined targets.
• Communicate with requestor and/or incident reporter in all served Division/Business Units.
• Provide change impact analysis input for any new change request
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science/any related major.
• Having knowledge in SAP FI/CO/MM/SD/HR/BASIS/ABAP/other SAP Module.
• Excellent analytical skill.
• Strong communication skills to interact with project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Having knowledge in business process.
• Minimum 1-5 years in related position.
