About this position

PT Astari Niagara Internasional is seeking a Maintenance Assistant Manager to be located in Talagamas, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and oversee maintenance of factory production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain hoists, cranes, motors, ovens, hydraulic pneumatics, extruder and other factory production machinery.

Requirements

• S1 / Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or other related major.
• Proven track record in maintenance, including on supervisory roles.
• Must be experienced in handling extruder machines.
• Significant experience in managing planned & unplanned maintenance activities, including spare parts inventory control.
• Understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical technical aspects.
• Strong Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving skills.
• Willing to work in Saturday (half day).
