About this position

PT Astari Niagara Internasional are looking for Human Resources Business Partner Manager position to be placed in one of our plant in Cikupa, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Work closely as business partner for all functional leaders in Plant to ensure the whole employment lifecycle (this includes talent acquisition, induction & integration, performance management, career movement, talent management, people development, employee relation, and offboarding.
• Develop and monitor also identify issues HR Metrics / Key Indicators in Plant (Time to hire, Cost per hire, Turnover, Absenteeism, Overtime, People Development Progress, etc.)
• Align the implementation of Center of Expertise programs in Plant with the OSC priorities and needs (Induction & Integration, Promotion, PDP-PIP, Talent Management, Training, etc.).

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major
• At least 5 years of working experience with 3 years as Human Resources Business Partner Assistant Manager in manufacturing company
• Min. 80% of career/experience in manufacturing companies
• Mix experience between MNC company & privately-owned local company will be an advantage
• Plus point : certification in HR Management (CHRM) and/or BNSP
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang
