• Bertanggung jawab atas bertumbuhnya bisnis bengkel
• Bertanggung jawab atas proses bengkel
• Bertanggung jawab atas kepuasan pelanggan
Requirements
• Pendidikan min S1 segala jurusan
• Berpengalaman sebagai kepala bengkel min. 5 tahun
• Memahami dan mengerti proses di Bengkel Mobil
• Memahami dan mengerti segmentasi pasar
• Memahami dan mengerti kepuasan pelanggan
• Memahami dan mengerti analisa cost & Benefit proses Bengkel
• Bersedia ditempatkan di ASCO cab Jawa Timur
