Management Representative
About this position
The Management Representative is responsible for overseeing the documentation and certification processes related to various quality management systems within the company.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing documentation ISO 9001, 14001, SNI, SIRIM, Green Industry, Green Label, TKDN, Proper and E-Comp and others certification processes in the company
• Reviewing the quality policy, quality objectives and other supporting policies
• Updating documents related to the quality management system such as procedures, quality records, working instructions, and others documents
• Create program for restructuring the quality management system in collaboration with the quality management team in each department
• Make an internal audit schedule and internal audit report in collaboration with the quality management team
• Responsible for coordination and following up to external customer and consultant related to document control
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Industry Engineering
• At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, and experience in ceramic industry is a plus
• Having knowledge about Management Representative ISO (9001, 19001, and 14001), Green Industry and SNI
• Having experience in internal audit and system procedure
• Candidate must possess strong leadership and communication
• Able to work in team and have time management skills, planning, analyze and solve problems
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
