About this position
PT Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis is seeking an experienced Industrial & Employee Relations professional to manage employee relations, handle employee issues, ensure compliance with labor laws, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement employee relations strategies to maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Handle employee issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing guidance on legal matters related to employment.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and workplace incidents.
• Develop and review company policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with current legislation.
• Organize and coordinate employee activities and events to promote a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and ensure confidentiality.
• Monitor and analyze trends in employee relations to proactively address potential issues.
• Collaborate with HR and management to promote a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or a related field.
• Proven experience in Industrial & Employee relations.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
