Project Administrator
About this position
Project Administrator position at MAGNA Furniture & Interior Design, responsible for project administration, coordination, and communication. Seeking candidates with a background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design, with at least 2 years of experience in Interior Contractor as an Admin Project.
Responsibilities
• Acting as the central administration point for projects, including preparing, receiving, and storing all specification documents or material
• Updating data and collecting completeness of data from Marketing team, Interior Designer, Quantity Surveyor, and Drafter to coordinate project activities regularly
• Efficiently filing and archiving documents and preparing them as needed
• Socializing projects from the initial stage to the final stage through Online Meetings, at the factory, or directly in the field
• Supporting the preparation of billing and termin documents
• Monitoring the progress of each project and identifying potential issues when needed
• Measuring and reporting project performance until the project is successfully completed and closed
Requirements
• Minimum education S1, majoring in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Contractor as an Admin Project
• Proficient in CAD Software and Ms. Office, able to create time schedules and document controllers
• Ability to read and interpret working drawings well
• Knowledge of materials and raw materials, especially Interior, is an added value
• Good communication and coordination skills with inter-divisional, both verbally and in writing
