About this position

Staff Gudang in Surabaya responsible for managing warehouse operations, including receiving and issuing goods, organizing storage, monitoring inventory, maintaining documentation, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and issuing goods: Ensure smooth receipt and issuance of goods according to established procedures. Check quality and quantity of goods received or shipped, and ensure accurate recording of all transactions.
• Storage and maintenance of goods: Arrange efficient storage of goods in the warehouse, including organizing stock, arranging placement of goods, and ensuring cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.
• Inventory monitoring: Conduct periodic stock counts and monitor movement of goods to ensure sufficient stock availability and avoid stock shortages or excess.
• Documentation maintenance: Store and manage related documents, such as invoices, delivery notes, or inventory records, regularly and accurately. Ensure that all warehouse-related documents are well-organized and easily accessible.
• Coordination with other teams: Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, or manufacturing, to ensure smooth flow of goods and information between departments.
• Compliance with safety regulations and procedures: Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with established safety regulations and procedures, including the use of appropriate equipment and personal protective gear.

Requirements

• Minimum high school education or equivalent, with relevant work experience in logistics, warehouse, or administration.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Adequate computer skills, especially in the use of inventory management software or warehouse management systems.
