About this position
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key customers, and decision-makers in their therapeutic area.
• Understand the unique needs and challenges of customers and provide them with tailored product solutions and support.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers about the features, benefits, and appropriate use of their therapeutic products.
• Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and promptly resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to ensure effective territory coverage and efficient route planning for sales visits.
• Provide product training and technical support to healthcare professionals, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to maintain adequate stock availability based on demand and market trends.
• Ensure all training activities adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
• Contribute to achieving sales revenue and profitability targets within the assigned area by effectively promoting and selling products.
• Assist in developing and executing sales plans and strategies to drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for revenue generation.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to establish pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
