About this position
The HR Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving strategic HR decisions through expert data analysis, reporting, and project support. This position demands a deep understanding of HR principles, data analysis techniques, and the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
• HR System Management: Oversee Learning Management, Performance Management, and other HR systems.
• Data Analysis: Ensure data accuracy, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Process Improvement: Streamline HR processes, eliminating inefficiencies.
• Stakeholder Support: Serve as HR contact center, addressing queries and providing guidance.
• Learning & Development: Coordinate training initiatives, engage stakeholders, and facilitate onboarding.
• Employee Engagement: Analyze surveys, exit interviews, and feedback to enhance morale, retention, and engagement.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in HR analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
• Technical savvy
