About this position

The Digital Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and tactics, and be able to leverage data to optimize campaigns and drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for all digital marketing channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend new strategies to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure digital marketing campaigns are aligned with the customer journey and support lead generation and sales goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, possesses a proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns in retail companies, spanning digital or traditional channels min 2 years
• Experience in managing CRM is an advantage min 1 year
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and tactics
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing external partners and vendors.
