PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (APL), a member of Zuellig Pharma, has been successfully serving the Indonesian healthcare market since 1985. Our purpose is to make healthcare more accessible to the community we serve. This year, we embark on our 100th anniversary with our group, Zuellig Pharma. The trust of our stakeholders, including clients, customers, and partners, enables us to stand firm until today and provide world-class distribution, commercial, and data & digital services to support the growing healthcare needs across the complex geography and multi-channel environment of Indonesia. Our people serve over 60,000* medical facilities in 434 cities and work with over 60 clients, including the top 10 pharmaceutical companies worldwide. We operate one state-of-the-art national distribution center, one regional distribution center, & 25 pharma-grade warehouses. More recently, we launched APL Center of Excellence to develop new digital services and address solutions to the healthcare ecosystem in Indonesia. Since then, our teams have been continue to focus on creating data, digital and disease management solutions.

About this position

The HR Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving strategic HR decisions through expert data analysis, reporting, and project support. This position demands a deep understanding of HR principles, data analysis techniques, and the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• HR System Management: Oversee Learning Management, Performance Management, and other HR systems.
• Data Analysis: Ensure data accuracy, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Process Improvement: Streamline HR processes, eliminating inefficiencies.
• Stakeholder Support: Serve as HR contact center, addressing queries and providing guidance.
• Learning & Development: Coordinate training initiatives, engage stakeholders, and facilitate onboarding.
• Employee Engagement: Analyze surveys, exit interviews, and feedback to enhance morale, retention, and engagement.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in HR analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
• Technical savvy
