About this position
Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Lead the Marketing team in Indonesia, driving the success of marketing initiatives across all funnels.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and others.
• Program Development: Devise and execute digital marketing programs, including digital advertising, website management, SEO, social media, content marketing, and extensive SEO article writing.
• Event and Media Relations: Lead the development of local events, media, and press relations to maximize brand exposure opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative and media agencies, internal sales teams, driver operations, and cross-functional departments to achieve impactful outcomes.
• Operational Oversight: Drive the planning, execution, and management of local campaigns, online initiatives, and occasional offline events.
Requirements
• Digital Marketing: Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, budgets, and funnels.
• SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices.
• Content Creation: Experience as a content writer and editor.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience.
• English skills with TOEFL 600+.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent project and task management skills.
• Some experience managing junior staff.
