About this position

Deliveree is seeking experienced hires in customer service or fresh graduates with a minimum education of a 3-year diploma degree (D3) or above who are interested in kickstarting their career with an entry-level customer service role at Deliveree, Indonesia’s leading mobile-app logistics technology company. We consider all majors and no prior customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Undergo 2-3 weeks of classroom training.
• Be placed into one of our teams with mentors who will help further guide you.
• Receive regular evaluations and feedback in order to provide you with a roadmap to keep improving and growing as a professional.

Requirements

• No minimum or maximum year of working experience.
• Minimum education of a 3-year diploma degree (D3) or above.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• All majors welcome to apply.
• Good English skills.
• Good speaking and writing skills.
• Fast typing skills.
• Willing to work on shifted schedule.
• Self-motivated, independent, and hardworking.
• Multitasking skills and detail-oriented.
