About this position

The IT Infrastructure Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure operations, ensuring effective management of network, server, and storage systems, and leading IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing IT infrastructure operations
• Ensuring effective management of network (TCP/IP), server, and storage systems
• Managing virtualization servers, backup systems, and security
• Solving problems related to servers, hardware, and software networks
• Maintaining operation of the data center and managing IT projects
• Communicating and supervising team members effectively
• Demonstrating strong learning agility
• Willingness to be placed in Kejayan Factory

Requirements

• Minimum education Bachelor Degree in Majoring IT
• Have experience as IT Infra at least 5 years
• Understanding about Network (TCP/IP), Server and Storage
• Good manage Virtualization server, Backup system and Security
• Good problem solving Server, Hardware and Software Network
• Good maintain operation data center and good manage IT project
• Able to communicate, supervision and work well within a team
