The Corporate Communication (Visitor) Staff is responsible for managing company visit events and ensuring a positive experience for visitors.
Responsibilities
• Manage company's visit event operations (venue, tools, etc)
• Welcoming & accompany company visitors from a wide range of backgrounds
• Operate company's internal apps related to company visit event
• Responsible for daily company's visit events both offline and online
• Deliver company's profile & products knowledge to visitors in an interactive and interesting way
Requirements
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Communication / Hospitality / Tourism major
• Preferably have at least intern experience on relevant role
• Passionate in communication & tourism with exceptional public speaking skill
• Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
• Having experience in operating Live Streaming equipment & video/photography will be a plus point
• Willing to be placed in Sukabumi Factory
