About this position

The Mechanical Engineer position involves providing quality service to customers, managing spare parts, and supporting service center operations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and provide quality, friendly and fast service to customers, as well as provide information on problematic product types
• Input data or service administration into the ERP system
• Conduct control monitoring of spare part stock at each service center branch
• Visit partners at each service center branch (support service, marketing and sales)
• Conduct 5R every week at each service center branch (maintenance cleaning shophouse)
• Conduct spare part stock opname once a year with the central spare part team
• Control and monitor service center budgeting costs (income and expenditure) every month at each service center
• Control and monitor helpers (attendance, daily jobs, assets)
• Perform other tasks given by superiors (including project tasks) for the benefit of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Willing to be placed anywhere (in all cities in Indonesia)
• Have a passion for learning and growing
