About this position

The Distribution Planning position is responsible for managing efficient and effective distribution to customers, identifying qualified third-party transporters, developing human resources, and conducting risk management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Managing efficient and effective distribution to customer based on current distribution SOP and guidance principle from network and distribution
• Responsible for identifying qualified third-party transporter and proposing to relevant parties
• Facilitate development of competent human resource and conducive working environment
• Conduct effective risk management process and promote risk awareness

Requirements

• S1 Degree Economy/Industrial Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
• Minimal GPA 3.00 (with 4.0 scale)
• Minimal 5 years working experience in logistic distribution, expert in planning, scheduling of Goods delivery
• Strong leadership, detail oriented, good analytical skill, good communication & negotiation skill.
• Fluent in oral and written English
