About this position

The Corporate Legal position involves providing legal support and advice to management and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide general legal advice/support to management and other internal stakeholders
• Provide support to meet all legal and regulatory requirements both locally and internationally
• Manage the custody of legal corporate documents
• Managing and updating regulations related to the business
• Prepare any legal documents or agreements as required from direct superior
• Filling & recording company legal documents, both in hardcopy and softcopy

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good knowledge of laws and regulation especially in business law
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Attention to details
