About this position

The Technical Lead will be responsible for providing high quality and timely applications, working closely with Business Development and Project Management, mentoring junior engineers, and implementing new technologies within the company.

Responsibilities

• To provide high quality and timely application.
• Work closely with Business Development and Project Management on deciding strategy on development and product roadmap.
• Responsible for project design, architecture optimization, code review.
• To suggest, review and implement new technology / new innovation within the company.
• Mentor your junior engineers to ensure their growth (soft and hard skills) and engagement in the team.
• Helping with research (AI Models) before we work on the implementation to estimate the effort and investment needed so we can calculate the ROI.
• Review development strategy.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (Information Technology), or Engineering (Telecommunication/Computer).
• Minimum 5 years Technical Lead.
• Still hands-on and enjoys writing code every day preferably with experience in Backend framework: Phyton, Golang, Java, NodeJs, PHP, etc.
• Understand concept Agile methodologies, TDD and Test Engineering, and Automation.
• Proficient in Java & Phyton.
• Have knowledge and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, estimate, and execute release software development.
