Enterprise Sales Specialist
About this position
Semaai is an Agritech startup focused on uplifting the livelihood and income of farmers in Indonesia through a trusted network of MSMEs and farmer groups. The Enterprise Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and growing enterprise client relationships.
Responsibilities
This profile will be responsible for:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings.
Requirements
Selection Criteria:
• 3+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications in sales or technical fields is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage and close complex sales deals with enterprise clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing high-value deals with enterprise clients.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with senior-level executives.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to identify customer pain points and propose innovative, effective solutions.
• Knowledge of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Ability to see the big picture and develop sales strategies that align with long-term company goals.
• A proactive, self-driven approach to managing responsibilities and reaching sales targets.
• Should have native-level proficiency in professional working level proficiency in English.
