Digital Marketing Specialist
About this position
Semaai is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aimed at uplifting the livelihood of farmers in Indonesia.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Assist in the development of marketing budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and other digital outreach efforts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, clevertap, etc.).
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices for marketing purposes.
• Prior working experience at eCommerce, agriculture focused companies is a plus.
• Data analysis skills to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment and adjust strategies based on market conditions.
• Should have native-level proficiency in professional working level proficiency in English.
