Responsibilities
• Oversee sales operations in the Jambi and Lampung regions
• Lead and develop sales strategies
• Maintain high motivation and energy levels
• Achieve sales targets
• Conduct field work in Jambi and Lampung
Requirements
• Maximum age of 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
• Strong leadership and sales strategy skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Target-oriented and highly motivated
• 2-3 years of experience in Retail Building Material or Home Appliance supervision
• Reside in Jambi or Lampung
• Willing to travel for work in Jambi and Lampung
